Aussie Pouches are the premier school chair pocket. They are made out of heavyweight denim or black canvas fabric to be SUPER DURABLE.  Our pockets typically last between 5-10 years with normal use; however, we have had many reports of pouches lasting up to 15 years!  Aussie Pouches are machine washable and made in the U.S.A.  Don't waste your money on other brands that fall apart!

Please see the sizing chart for each individual product for instructions on correct measurement of your chair.  Sizing charts are located on each product page. It is VERY IMPORTANT to measure your chair precisely and do not guess! If you need further explanation or have any questions, we are always happy to help, please contact us!

The Aussie Pouch® Company, Inc. charges standard shipping based on order size and location within the contiguous United States, which are calculated in your cart. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses require a custom shipping quote, please call us at 256.783.1207 or email us at support@aussiepouch.com and we will be happy to assist you. Certain exclusions may apply to standard shipping. We currently do not ship internationally.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, please measure your chair EXACTLY according to our sizing charts to avoid sizing errors!

Orders are shipped on UPS or USPS from our manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Orders typically ship within one week or less; however, please be aware that during back-to-school season we experience very high demand and fulfill orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please contact us if you need a rush shipping quote, or for orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Orders purchased online: Please return your original order according to our Return Policy and reorder a new size or style online.

Orders purchased via PO: Please return your original order according to our Return Policy, and contact us to coordinate your exchange order with your PO.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping costs). We accept returns ONLY within 30 days of the delivery date.  Any product you return MUST be in new, unused condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Any products marked as "Final Sale" are not returnable. Aussie Pouches are machine washable. We recommend washing with cold water and using the dryer on low heat. It is also advisable to use color-catching sheets (such as Shout) to help avoid denim bleed staining. Iron if necessary, but please avoid any name tag holders.

All of our products are proudly manufactured in the U.S.A. in Huntsville, Alabama of domestic and, occasionally, imported materials. We only source imported materials if domestic materials are unavailable.

All of our reviews are from verified customers.  We occasionally run promotions in exchange for our customers honest opinions.
