Refund policy
General Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping costs). We accept returns ONLY within 30 days of the delivery date. Any product you return MUST be in new, unused condition. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. Order quantities and styles that are not stock items may be subject to a different return policy: If this is the case, we will notify you via email prior to manufacturing your order. Return Information and Instructions for ONLINE ORDERS:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. After you request a return, we will review the request. If eligible for return, we will create a return shipping label and email it to you. The cost will be calculated by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) and will be shown in the email. If you choose to use this label, this cost will be deducted from your refund.
ALL returns MUST be in NEW, UNUSED condition. We inspect all returns prior to issuing refunds, and will not issue a refund if the product/s have been used.
1) If you ordered online: please initiate a return request via the account/person icon on our website (you do not need an account, just the order email address). The icon is in the upper right hand corner next to the cart icon.
2) PRINT THIS RETURN FORM Or use the paperwork included in your original shipment. Please include in your return box so we know who it is from. After your return is approved, you will receive an email with a return label.
3) Ship your return back to us.
