Refund policy

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus original shipping costs). We accept returns ONLY within 30 days of the delivery date.  Any product you return MUST be in new, unused condition. The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs, we do not provide return shipping labels. Order quantities and styles that are not stock may be subject to a different return policy.  If this is the case, we will notify you via email prior to manufacturing your order. Orders purchased online: Please return your original order according to our return instructions above, and reorder a new size or style online at your convenience.

Orders purchased via PO: Please return your original order according to our return instructions above, and contact us to coordinate your exchange order with your PO.
