Shipping policy

Delivery Estimates:

Orders are shipped on UPS or USPS from our manufacturing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Orders typically ship within one week or less; however, please be aware that during back-to-school season we experience very high demand and fulfill orders on a first-come-first-serve basis. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please contact us if you need a rush shipping quote, or for orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Shipping Policies:

The Aussie Pouch® Company, Inc. charges standard shipping based on order size and location within the contiguous United States, which are calculated in your cart. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses require a custom shipping quote, please call us at 256.783.1207 or email us at support@aussiepouch.com and we will be happy to assist you. Certain exclusions may apply to standard shipping. We currently do not ship internationally. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, please measure your chair EXACTLY according to our sizing charts to avoid sizing errors!  We are always happy to help with sizing if needed.
